Personally now !! I have found with ordering from Tower Hobbies that a lot of your discounts or promotions do not show up until you reach the " Check Out " page and total your order. Some people get upset when they do not see an instant discount, but you need to proceed further to the Check Out page.
Don't feel alone, I've done the same thing ............... LOL ..................
