"Q"PCM is an exclusive Hitec product. "Q" stands for Quick. This technology allows the signal to be processed almost twice as fast as standard PCM receivers.
Why do you need it? Most people will use PCM for aircraft that are larger and more expensive. It offers the ability to set a failsafe position or simply hold the last command if the signal is lost or there is interferance.
