I didn't realize the GSP Giles was that inexpensive. If you figured the value of your time to build a model, building a kit is not economical. Some of us just like to build rather than assemble. It also hurts alot less when you destroy a plane that you have only worked on for a week rather than one you built that took you a year. If the quality of the kit is decent, I'd give it a try. I'd probably go with the ARC so I could see what I was getting.
