Test performed today for you -- JR XP783 with NET72P RF module:

Ref Ambient: 77ºF
05 minutes : 88ºF
10 minutes : 94ºF
20 minutes : 100ºF
30 minutes : 101ºF

At 101ºF the module is barely warm to the touch. Please keep in mind that the RF output used in the various countries varies, so the heat generated in the RF PA can vary too.
