I ended up having to put some tape around the dowels as I have a little play in them and the center section felt a little loose. One I made the dowels a little "fatter" the fit is much more tight.
Weighed the airplane and she came out 27lbs. I will need to add about 28 oz or nose weight to get her to balance (this is with a G-62 magneto)
Also----My rudder failed! The rudder strut that comes into the fuse that you need to use a 9/32 wrench on will not tighten I can put a little pressure on the rudder with my hand and it will work itself loose. I'm talking about the bolt that threads into the "collar" that is supposed to hold the rudder post. Not working at all....I even changed bolts it seems I have a flat spot on my rudder post possibly.
