Top Flite B25 glow to electric conv. question
Has anyone done a conversion of the discontinued Top Flite B25? It had 2 OS50 2 stroke glow engines in it but I want to go electric. I'd like to run 3 blade props in the 12-14" diameter. I'm looking for specific motors, speed controllers, and battery voltage and MaH (one for each motor) that would give me good scale performance ( and maybe a little to spare) with about 10 min. flight times. Plane is expected to weigh about 20 to 21 lbs. with a wing loading of about 46oz/sq. ft. I've tried to use E-CALC but I'm not sure I'm doing it right with two motors, speed controls, and batteries. Any help would be much appreciated.
