The push rod exit holes in the fuselage on mine were pinched shut a bit and needed to be opened up a bit . If that dosen't work try using new 2-56 push rods . I think the ones that are in there are metric and a tiny bit bigger. I could be wrong on this but I just measured mine and that's what it looked like .
