(I heard the top flight p47 cowl is bigger and can be fitted, has anyone out there done it ???)
I have the kit version of the Top Flite with the ASP 5 cylinder radial and the fiberglass specialties cowl. I had to cut openings for 3 of the rockers. If I had mounted the engine more in the middle I wouldnt have had to cut it, but I couldnt have the engine in the wrong place. You don't notice the holes much in the air 
. I didn't do a smooth job of cutting the holes as you can see in the video. It was more of a cut n go
