I read recently a truck transporting fireworks in Michigan, cargo caught fire in a large accident pile up on the highway. Stuff like that won't help in reducing hazmat costs, IMO.

Regardless, best I can say is I'll continue to buy fuel as needed, until it becomes excessively expensive to make not worth doing.
