I think problem solved. I checked the %pulse and it was showing 1906 at 80%. I had retrained the program earlier last week and must have missed something, and never thought about cross verification with the ECU. I then retrained the ECU to 1906 and 100%. I then added additional 10% throw to the transmitter and now I get 1950% pulse and 100%.
I think this solves the issue. Will test run next weekend and see how it goes, but I'm very positive.
