Did I say anything about quality? It may come as a surprise but the old saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't always apply. Both Robart and Sierra have their problems and if you don't believe me than check out the forums on Robart electric retracts. Sierra doesn't offer one and the pneumatic version needs to be converted.
