Turned down pump start to 26 and glow to 5.8, no luck. LIPO was only dropping 0.6 volts but changed to a123 3S which had voltage drop of .8 volts, still no start. Turned glow up to 6.3 and bingo. Is 6.3 volt too much? Turning down the pump did eliminate the small amount of flame at fuel ramp. The in line filter is clean, is there one under the inlet cover also. It starts and runs perfect with a little higher glow voltage. I do have an eighteen inch extension harness sold by Xicoy for the starter and glow plug. Just a guess but maybe there is a voltage drop though the extension so a higher voltage is required? Thanks for your help. Did try to call but it was probably too late.
