If you mix 2 parts 35% with 1 part 15% you'll have 28% nitro. Then add about 4oz oil to get an oil content of about 26% and 26% nitro. That would probably be about perfect as those little engines need more oil anyway. Simple math. My calculations are based on 20% oil base fuels. You'll need to determine the actual oil content of the fuel to make the proper additions.

.35 + .35 + .15 = .85 / 3 = .2833 (28.3%).
.20 * 48 = 9.6 + 4 = 13.6 / 52 = .261 oil content (26.1%) (20% of 48oz base fuel is oil, then divide the base oil content plus added oil content by new volume)
.283 * 48 = 13.58 / 52 = .261 nitro content (26.1%) (take average nitro content of the mix of the two fuels times total volume of base fuel to get nitro amount and divide by new volume to get new nitro content amount)
