I ordered the SE5a biplane from them and it arrived in a normal fashion. I did have an issue with the kit as the lower middle wing section fit fine on one side but had a large gap on the other side. I had to send it back and eat the shipping cost but I did get my money back. I think you just need to not worry and give them a little time and you'll get your order.
