My ATJ 220SV turbine has arrived and I will be testing it out. Not to many people in the U.S. are using this turbine but it appears to have good usage in Australia, Asia and some parts of Europe. I will be putting it in a sport jet, to see how it runs (should be easier to land in case of a dead stick than scale).
So far it looks nice, It seems to be a combination of kingtech and Jetcentral with internal solenoids, xicoy ecu, but metal starter housing. The compressor is forged aluminum, however
. Price wise its was $2700.00 from Taiwan, not too bad for a 22KG (48.5 LB) turbine. The warranty is 3 years but needs to be sent to Taiwan for service.
the temp/rpm cable is a CAT5 plug (Ethernet) and not the RJ11 plug found on most other turbines.
