I used a 12FG prior to this and I don't notice any difference. In fact the rubber side on the Jeti feel much better than side of the 12FG.
Yeah I fly with a neck strap since as well, like I said its just my hand size and this radios particular design. Not saying the radio isnt great and I could probably get away with it on jets and planes since I use my thumbs to fly but not with my helis since I use finger tips on them.
