Be careful with any fabric on ebay, you have no idea what you will really get. It may be genuine carbon graphite, or it may be fiberglass with a black dye.
I get the majority of the fabric I use that is not custom woven from CST or Fiberglast. You can get tape material and yardage fabric in a variety of weights.
What is it you are looking for exactly? If you want carbon fabric in the 1.5 to 2.5 oz range you will have to want it awfully badly, as it does not come cheap. 5.7 oz fabric is not too bad and readily available, but it adds a lot of weight quickly.
A little more information would help make an informed decision.
