Summer now downunder, I love summer.

You are making a common mistake, the GP26R is a very different engine. The port induction motors that you are referring too were very trouble free when treated well.

CRRC entered the small reed induction motors with the GP26R. There have been reported problem of various kinds.

I think I should point out what many think is the biggest tuning issue. The reed cage insulator block has no through hole for the pressure pulses.

This means the pump does not operate at full design capacity, it only sees vacuum never positive. The first guy who fixed this and shared with the rest of us, modified a crank case pressure pulse line to fix the problem.

Now that I think of it, this could have something to do with the latest guys problem.
