No idea if genuine MS-20 oil is available in USA. BTW what oil is used in Vedeneyev M14P?
But I found a document at Shell web site: "AeroShell Piston Engine Oils". The document declares Aeroshell w100 oils to meet MS-20 oil specification. Here is a screenshot of the pages:
I am going to try AeroShell as a part of the fuel mix, the main benefit I expect is easier clean-up after flights
