Ehab
not sure of the final weight yet. This will be a little heavier as it needed quite a few repairs to get it flight worthy again. This one has a Merlin 100 in it and Mike the former owner said it was a good match. At that I have all my batteries and cockpit and pilot as far forward plus some lead to get it to CG.
Im missing my gear doors from the prior crash so may just fly it without them for now. I have them on order from GJC.
Last thing on finishing her was to use some pastels to get the rivets to pop and clear coat with mini wax clear satin. This really helps the paint settle down and gives it that. Matte look.
Going to try to fly it next weekend at the field where we have Best in the West. I'll post the good and the bad.
