Pulled the o-rings( thanks for the suggestion) still no fit. There's a second ring inside for the slot where the o-rings seat that can be filed down and still have plenty of wall for the o-rings. If the new one doesn't fit I'll try that. But only if needed. There's probably 30 minutes of filing and it also looks like the inlet and outlet for the water need to be filed down. Is this typical or did I just happen across a poor sleeve?
