Wrong sleeve. There are now 28mm, 29mm 30mm motors and it gets more difficult to find the right fit. Hopefully, the next one will fit nicely. If not, maybe an O-ring change will fix it. Last resort is grinding it down, as it renders it unsellable to most people.
