RE: Curtiss P-40N Warhawk from Hobby Lobby
Here is my component layout.
I deviated from the stock battery layout and simply put some sticky-back Velcro onto the wing top for my 3-cell Kokam 1500 pack. It balances nicely with the Kokam pack right against the receiver case.
The Speed 300 motor really max'es out at full throttle (10amps) so i'll have to limit this in flight to short bursts until the voltage drops some.
I still need to measure current with the stock 8-cell, 720mAh, NiMH pack.
