When the ignitor starts, the intensity rises to about 6 - 7 amps, ( quite normal) but after the motor starts, it drops to 4 amps, ( and should increase due to the starter consumption) Are normal the reading of only 4A for the ignitor plus starter power?

It is normal, when the glow plug gets hot, it uses less amps to stay that way, and, in does stages, the starter is also using very little use to maintain RPMs
