BUSA told me they are re selling some else's kit. It is not their kit, but I forget who they said the manufacture was..
According to their Facebook page (
https://www.facebook.com/balsausa.airplanes) it is a "collaboration" with Dynamic RC, which based on that and what they were saying at Toledo lead me to believe that Dynamic is doing the design, and Balsa USA is fabricating the kits.
