So if i wanted to reply to this post with a picture I would select the button at the bottom of this box that says GO ADVANCED
Scroll down and you will see a button MANAGE ATTACHMENTS
In the upper right click ADD FILES
From there you can use the SELECT FILES button to browse to a picture on your computer.
Click DONE in the lower right corner.
