The engine of the Zero is fixed. Turned out it was a leaking gasket between the carb and insulator block. The hole in the gasket was slightly large and the bearing surface on on side of the insulator block was very thin. I had another gasket in stock, slightly smaller hole. Replaced. Engine ran great. Three flights on the plane the other day. I think this plane is one of the best flying warbirds. It has large wings, large tail surfaces, long fuselage and wide gear.
