If you are using a LiFe battery for the ignition, you don't need a regulator. All the newer ignition boxes are rated for direct connection to LiFe or LiPo batteries. The working voltage should be printed on the side of the ignition box.
As far as vibration, few users make any provision for vibration reduction other than the normal prop balancing, etc. A select few do use anti vibration mounts but unless you really know what you are doing, more problems can be created than are solved. Scout around the various internet engine forums and you'll find a few threads on the subject but real experts are far and few between.
