It looks to me like the stub wing is mostly foam with a T-shaped root rib and spar. The root rib has two dowel pins for locating it against the fuselage and a bracket sticking out the bottom with a screw hole to screw it to the side of the fuse. There are some pictures and drawings at the beginning of this thread that might help you visualize what your trying to accomplish.
Building without instructions always leaves room for interpretation and the best part is you get to.......IMPROVISE and MODIFY......my two favorite words.
