The Arrow should handle a lot of power. If you look at the last post in the "Northstar mods" topic, someone is turning a 10x7x3 blade prop at over 16K RPM (putting over 2000 watts into the airframe, or almost 3 HP). The Arrow should be able to handle as much power as the Northstar as long as you keep the motor pylon strong.
