Indoor event Kibbie Dome
There is a natural synergy between indoor FF and F3P. Both require adequate size facilities, both require calm air.
Here are some pictures from a contest we attended called the Kibbie Dome at the University of Idaho. Its one of the best flying facilities in the world. This was also the F1D team selection which Joseph came out as the Junior team captain. The building techniques used for F1D are very useful for F3P, and vice versa. Starting with a model simple like A6 is a good introduction to building techniques.
