The EME 70 is a good choice for that plane, plenty of power, smooth and can be had with a starter which is very nice. At half the price of the other engines it is a nice bang for the buck.
Having had experience with the Saito radials I would not touch them with a ten foot pole right now, not designed correctly for gas and pricey to boot.
