I wouldn't stress about weight etc. It's a terrific flying airframe, stable and a delight to fly. (Well my SM version is)


Very good information, Jeremy, thanks! I was considering a VT80 as well, but based on your experience, I think I'll wait for either the Merlin 70 or the K70, or go for a K60. I'll have to see what's available when I'm ready to buy my engine - probably around September...
