Relax brother, we're here, most cylinder dying is due to being too rich, 3.5 turns is a lot, is that the peak rpm, Most likely the LS needle is too rich, lean it out some with the HS needle at absolute peak. That thing should idle at 1,600 or 1,700 rpm, (not while flying) of course.
