It's a 1/4 scale Piper Pawnee from The World Models.
It's a heck of a jump from asking about training wheels ( SAFE AS3X) to assembling and flying a 1/4 scale model. Do you have experience in flying models without using those systems ? If not, I suggest that you gain some experience by flying some intermediate models first.
