I ordered them from DigiKey. P/N IPB180N04S400ATMA1CT

I just checked and they have plenty of stock. Try cutting and pasting the text from the line above into the DigiKey search entry.

FYI: There are no Os in the part number, only zeros.

Let me know how that works...
