It looks like they can. They are screwed to the axles with the same size screws. The rims are a different style but are the same diameter and width. The HL truck has smaller tires, 65mm x 24mm +/-, and would fit ok on the 6x6. The 6x6 tires are 75mm x 30mm +/_, and because the 6x6 tires are wider, it looks like the wider width would interfere with the steering linkage on the HL deuce truck preventing them from turning left and right as far.

I charged the battery until the light turned from red to blue. My 6x6 has no proportional speed control, no matter how careful I am with the throttle trigger, it's a 6x6 racer, not a rock climber, the steering is just as spooky. There are trim knobs on the transmitter for throttle and speed, but they don't do a darn thing. Bummer.

Here are some photos of the suspension positions with and without my fat fingers loading it down.

This thing will climb a railroad tie that is on the ground in my yard, and practically go airborne doing it if I go up against it at 90 degrees. If I go at it from an angle it turns over because of the lack of speed control.
