That will INSTANTLY deem the day as a get together, not a SANCTIONED AMA EVENT,, meaning you will personally be financially responsible should anything happen. That's the Risk. Personally I think I would enjoy flying at a dry lake bed, and hope to make a trip to one for a weekend sometime.
