Got some messages that those are not good dates. We'll have to come up with some other ones shortly. Maybe 1st week of May?? Looking at the 4th to the 6th so far.
Bring your AMA card since it is on private property. We'll have at least one CD to sign you off if you want to go for your waiver.
Bring what you have. EDF, Turbine, nitro. Scale, sport, etc. Great place to do maiden flights and work out bugs for sure. Won't be any fees or prizes, just come on out and fly. Plenty of room for dry camping and there are two convenience stores, one with gas and diesel, not too far away.
Here's a quick Google Earth map of the area. It's off Highway 50 Between Carson City and Silver Springs Nevada.

Then the actual Event...High Sierra Jets! will be a the Reno club field September 21-23 2018. So far there are about 6 companies donating prizes. Kingtech, Spark Hobby, Progressive RC, Smartfly, AirBeast Products, and RTL Fasteners with more to come. More info will be available next month, and registration should start in March.
