yes the eme 70cc twin fits even with the stock spark plugs and boots. there is still 3/16 clearance to the plug boots if i remember correctly. i did cut a hole in the bottom for the carb intake. i had several 1/4" holes but decided to cut one larger hole looking for more performance. i also made the scale hoods or access panels open and close on the bottom of the cowl just so i could get at things easier. i also added louvered panels for a little more air flow. i just cut 2 round holes for the exhaust pipes. the cans are nowhere near the cowl.really it was en easy swap for the dle 50cc as it uses the same bolt pattern to the fire wall and prop hub pattern
but yes the eme 70cc twin fits .
