I seem to have reached a little farther than previous posts: I got the site to tell me that while my email address was already being used, if I was sure this was my email address then I could ‘click here’ and they would send me an email with a link to reset my password... I am currently awaiting this email for about 15 minutes already!
I believe the DMP phones may be a tad busy come Monday morning!!!
Its now been an hour since I posted and still no email asinstructed and the old email of course won’t logon.
