The only problem I encountered was that the 30cc rod wouldn't fit onto the 25cc crank pin.The crank pin was a larger diameter.I had to use the 30cc crankcase to do my transfer by moving everything to the 30cc one,including the crank extension for the clutch. It had a couple of bent fins as in the pic below,but was easily straightened.The muffler came apart so I took the screen out and cut the top off the little box inside the muffler to get more exhaust flow.Just have to put it all back together and see if it runs.If I ever stop using it as a trimmer engine I'll put the 25cc back onto the trimmer and keep the 30cc as an r/c boat or airplane engine.
