If you use glow, beware not all Rustoleum paints are fuel proof. Usually the canned ones are, the spray ones though not so much due to the thinners used to spray. If you want glow fuel proof, then 2K automotive clear works great for it and gives it a nice hard shell. Just be aware that not all 2K is actually 2K. You would want the one that has a 2 part can that you press a button to open the hardener and then shake it like mad to mix, and you have 48 hours to use the can up before it hardens. It's very much like the factory clear on a car in a spray can.
