That looks like a Shrike, there were 3 sizes, I had the one with an OS 25 with a tune pipe on it, it was super fast.
IIn the past I had a had shrike .15 and shrike .45, good little flyers, but slow flyers compared to the weston velocity. To make a comparaison of the velocity and US products, it can be compared to a diamond dust or a ACM whiplash ( bothe discontinued )
those planes were dealing with the mithic 200 Mph barrier ( assuming they have good engines like a dub jett engine or a west engine)
The shrike is also a conventional airplane, the one I show on the pic above is a delta wing ( no stab, only elevons)
