OK, just watch trying not to over-prop the boat. It was taking more prop than it should have but handling really suffered. It also helped it to toss a connecting rod as they're not very strong in the stock motor.
When I got mine it was 4 days before it hit the market. There's a thread way back in here somewhere on it, try doing a search.
It was a fun little boat.
