My thoughts are a shoulder wing (attached with rubber bands) and with dihedral (v-shaped). Use a simulator to learn and maybe even a buddy box on the field. Consider a styrofoam floater jet (pusher prop). Hand launch and no-wheels grass landing. Consider a stabilizing system like "Wise"
