NORTHSTAR WING ROCK

I noticed yesterday when flying my NorthStar at slow speed in a crosswind condition that I was experiencing fairly severe wing rock. Has anyone developed solutions to this problem? What are the key factors that cause the wing rock; certainly speed is one thing, but what about the influence of CG? Other factors?
