You could make a suitable Pin Spanner using a 1/2" x 1/4" Steel (or Aluminium Alloy) strip and an 1/8" drill. Just make two holes on 1/2" centres towards one end down the central axis and tap two short pieces of 1/8" Piano wire into them. Otherwise cut two short pieces of the 1/8" drill shank off with a Dremel, and insert them. CA them in place and insert into the two outer holes. The length of the strip will control the leverage.
