No one at RCU will answer my repeated emails asking where my RCU account funds have gone. The old site would allow you to see your balance, the new one does not. Each time I post an ad and attempt to add extras, I'm prompted to enter PayPal info. I had over $30 in my RCU account before the geniuses changed the website interface.
Am I the only member who has had funds disappear?
