Well I made 4 socks. I marked my pattern with a series of pen marks, left side. Then sewed along the marks, right side. Cut off the excess and turned it inside out. They came out pretty good. I do have to add 3/4” to the length so they are easier to tie-wrap to iron.


The Walmart material is about the same in thickness. The thread count is just a bit less than original. But it should work good. I’ll find out soon. It is raining in Texas so good day to be covering. The hardest part of this job was learning how to use the sewing machine again. Been a while. Had to read the How To Manual.
